Our injection molding machines range in size from 75 tons to 450 tons. Regularly scheduled maintenance is done to ensure the uninterrupted flow of products to our customers. Customer provided molds can be used, or we will work with you to design the mold and have it built at a competitive price.
A first piece layout inspection is made on every job, before manufacturing begins. After production starts, the part is subjected to regular in-process inspections. This quality control procedure allows us to maintain the high quality production our customers expect.

Full Service
Lewart Company offers packaging, assembling, and warehousing at a reasonable rate. Our skilled workers will take your manufactured parts and pack to ship to your customers. You supply the design headers, carton specifications, skid specifications, UPC numbering and we will do the rest! Our warehouse is also available for storing your graphics, cartons, etc., until you are ready to have them packaged.
Custom Injection Molding
While having proprietary products, we do custom molding as well. Customer provided molds can be used. We will work with the customer to design the mold and have it built at competitive prices. We have the capability of using various materials. Our machines range from 75 ton - 4/ oz to 450 ton 60/oz.
